NOTICE OF CITY OF TEMPLE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS
The Mayor and Council of the City of Temple will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, January 8, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Temple Senior Center, 280 Rome Street, in Temple. Also, at 5:00 p.m. on this date at the same location, the Mayor and members of the City Council will hold their monthly series of committee meetings. The 6:30 p.m. City Council meeting agenda will include the swearing-in of current City Council members Richard Bracknell and Alexsis Boles to new four-year terms and of former City Council member Hilley Miller to a four-year term, as well as a public hearing and possible action on a variance request from property owner Abdel-Mahdi Al-Husseini pertaining to electricity installation methods at the 23.5-acre Azelea Hills Phase 3 residential development on Venable Road.
